Vinyl Land Records sells physical products to you subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By using our webstore, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
About our webstores and Stock
Our Uk Shop is based in London and all our products will ship from our waerehouse there.
We only sell brand new products, not used items.
All prices in our UK Shop are in British Pounds £.
We use Royal Mail in the UK.
If you are ordering from within EU Europe, you will pay no customs charges. Most other countries allow small packages to be delivered without charge, but some charge customs duty – please contact your national customs office regarding this subject, as the customer is always liable for any such charges.
We are a small operation, but when we have the items of your order in stock it is despatched quickly. We send you an email when your order has been despatched.
A rough estimate of delivery time for standard shipping after we post your order is as follows:
UK – 2 to 5 working days,
Europe – 3 to7 working days.
Rest of the world – 15 to 60 days.
The time that your order takes to arrive depends on your distance from the UK, and on the efficiency of your local postal service. Depending on factors beyond our control (for example local delivery problems, and customs inspections/delays) postage times can sometimes take much longer.
Secure Web Order & Paypal
We only accept Paypal, which is free and easy to set up, and takes debit and credit cards.
Paypal check out is 100% secure and encrypted.
If you want to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. It may be that your order has already been despatched so we are unable to stop it. We cannot guarantee to cancel items from an order. Cancellation requests must be sent by email, quoting your order number, to email@example.com
Guarantees and Returns
We will replace any faulty item free of charge, although we cannot refund your return postage costs. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first. Either a replacement non-faulty copy of the same product (when in stock), store credit or refund will be given.
** a little warping and bent on vinyl records is unfortunately to be expected, the result of transport, sometimes even from the factory itself. Unless the warping and bending is extreme, we cannot replace your records on those terms**
Wherever possible we provide accurate descriptions of records and also post soundclips and pictures. On that basis all sales are final and we don’t accept returns apart from faulty items.
Loss or damage in the post
At the point of purchase you have the option to pay extra for Registered Post which covers against loss or damage in the post. We strongly recommend this option specially for international purchaces outside Europe.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
